Me as I am

Hiya I'm an American who loves living and working here in Scotland. People who know me best would say Im very kind (to a fault if that's possible) and very much on the earthy side. I have a dry, and self deprecating sense of humor. I love meeting people from all walks of life and see every new experience good or bad as a important part of life's tapestry. Im guided by emotion much of the time...but understand both sides of that equation. I'm intelligent but not so far up my own keester that I think I know everything there is to know. I appreciate the differences in people and in fact welcome it. My biggest strength lies in knowing andliking who I am while understanding my own limitations...best gift to have been given. I would love to meet a companion who likes to grab life by the...."kiwis" and share these experiences. I like a compassionate,supportive, generous, sensitive and romantic man who isn't afraid to speak his mind when he wants something. I like a confident man who respects me, my interests and my femininity. I don't seek to own anyone or change anyone; please be a devoted companion but have your own interests. A hearty sense of humor is a big plus. Most of all I like a man who likes/loves me for me.
